Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and ("we"). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.
1. The service
ExamsPrepApp provides exam preparation videos, notes, quizzes and mock exams. Some content is free; other content requires a Premium subscription or an Exam Pass.
2. Accounts
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Accounts are personal. Sharing an account or reselling access is not allowed and may lead to suspension.
3. Paid plans
- Subscriptions (Monthly or Yearly) renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in My account → Manage billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Free trials turn into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.
- Exam Pass is a one-off payment for access to one exam's premium content until the date shown at purchase. It does not renew.
- Prices may differ by country. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
4. Acceptable use
Do not copy, download in bulk, redistribute or resell our content, try to bypass access restrictions, or use the site to break any law or exam rule.
5. Content and accuracy
We work hard to make materials accurate and up to date, but exams change. We cannot guarantee any exam result. Always check official rules, formats and dates with the exam body. ExamsPrepApp is independent and not affiliated with any examination body.
6. Intellectual property
Our original lessons, questions, explanations and videos belong to us. Third-party material is used under its licence or with permission and is credited. See our copyright & takedown page.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
