If you are not happy with your first payment for any plan (Monthly, Yearly or Exam Pass), contact us within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it in full, with no questions asked.

Renewals

• Monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop future payments.
• Yearly renewals: if you forgot to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we will refund it in full.

Free trials

You are not charged during a free trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first payment.

How to ask for a refund

Email from the address on your account and tell us which payment you want refunded. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 working days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
