Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to My account → Manage billing and cancel with one click. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and you will not be charged again.
What is an Exam Pass?
A one-off payment that gives you full Premium access for one exam (for example IELTS) until that exam's date, or for 180 days if no date is set. It does not renew automatically.
How does the free trial work?
New members get a free trial on Monthly and Yearly plans. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost. We remind you before the first payment.
Why are prices different in my country?
We use fair regional pricing so students in every country can afford good preparation. Your price is set automatically from the country you are visiting from.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you are not happy, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. See our refund policy for details.
Is this the official exam website?
No. We are an independent study resource and are not affiliated with any exam body. Always check official exam rules and dates on the exam board's own website.
Which payment methods can I use?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, a secure payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
