How we use source material

We create original lessons and practice questions. When we use or refer to third-party material, such as past exam questions, we only use material that is in the public domain, openly licensed, or used with the owner's permission, and we show the source and licence on the page.

Exam names (for example IELTS or TOEFL) are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe which exam our material helps with. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any examination body.

Report a concern

If you believe something on ExamsPrepApp uses your copyrighted work without permission, email with:

  1. Your name and contact details, and the organisation you represent (if any).
  2. A description of the work you own.
  3. The link(s) to the page(s) on our site.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information you provide is accurate.

We will review every request promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable the material, normally within 2 working days.
